A global high-tech manufacturing company was in the middle of an intensive site construction project, with 3,500 construction workers and  contractors on site.   The Purchasing Department was directed to solve two urgent situations:   Traffic and Food Service.   These 3,500 people needed to park, get to their worksite quickly... and eat!   Otherwise, construction productivity would drop, and the critical path buildout of the manufacturing operation would be in jeopardy.  

Millions of dollars of revenue potential were on the line for every day of delay in getting production online.
